Move lookup actions to collection group's action column

      The lookup actions "edit" and "copy" are returned as an action column inside the returned lookup data set. The KRAD collection group already has an action column for line actions.

      Convert the lookup so that the "edit" and "copy" action links use the collection's action column. Using the various action properties on the collection group (lineActions, addLineActions).

      This most likely includes a redo of KULRICE-8571 which suppresses the action column if the user can't initiate the document. The 2.3 Equivalency also has the feature to customize the available actions.
