      Description

If a node wants to subscribe to a topic more than once, then it will need multiple endpoints under which to subscribe to the topic. In order to enable this, we should append a unique identifier to the endpoint url. This identifier can just be the primary key of the service definition in the en_service_def_t table. Then when the topic is invoked, we will just compare the incoming url to the
endpoint url on the consumer's end. This may be a problem if the hostname of the url gets rewritten in transit (in which case the endpoints wouldn't match!). We may want to add an option which will strip off the hostname and execute the comparison.
