      Description

Develop test data that will demonstrate the full functionality that the action list supports. This should include:

      • Action items with custom actions
      • Action items that open an iframe underneath them
      • Data that exposes delegation action lists

09:52:46] Eric Westfall: custom frame height is because you can have iframes down under each row
[09:52:58] Eric Westfall: it's kind of like a row detail thing, so that lets you set the height of the iframe in the html
[09:53:32] Eric Westfall: custom actions show up as a new column in the action list and a button at the bottom to "take actions"
[09:53:43] Eric Westfall: the other special cases you need to worry about on the action list have to do with delegation
[09:54:02] Eric Westfall: secondary delegation in particular, there's a special drop down menu to view your secondary delegation action lists
[09:54:08] Eric Westfall: i think there might also be one for primary delegation as well
[09:54:12] Eric Westfall: also, don't forget the outbox
[09:54:49] Eric Westfall: in terms of sample data, probably not great sample data out there for it, though you can see the custom actions stuff at work by default for FYI requests as those can (by default) be taken directly from the action list without having to open the document
[09:59:06] Matt Sargent: I think I have some sample files that have delegation examples (I think Eric or Greg might have set them up for me).
[10:01:52] Matt Sargent: I may be remembering wrong, but I think only secondary delegations have a special drop down and primary delegated docs show up in their normal action list.
[10:51:38] Eric Westfall: i think that used to be the case, but I recall a preference being added at one point which allowed you to do something similar with primary delegations
[10:51:44] Eric Westfall: i could be wrong though
[10:52:14] Matt Sargent: gotcha. i'll test it out and get an answer one way or another

You can send some simple notifications to a user to create an action list with actionable items (like FYIs) show/hide functionality, etc.

Hi Sona, I think it probably makes sense to hand this off to Jeff. Can you guys schedule some time for you to share any ground work you've done on this one? Thanks!

Complete and tested Oracle import scripts. Created KULRICE-9266 to have it applied to the master database. Updated bootstrap-server-dataset-cleanup.sql to include the actionList test data.
