      Description

When using Firefox 17 (and possibly other Firefox versions) with Rice 2.2.1, users can perform a single KRAD document action (save/reload/etc.) without any issues, but attempting to perform another action (while the document is still open) will result in one of the following problems:

[1] For actions like Reload, Close, or Cancel, the "Loading..." message shows up but the operation never finishes. Henry A. also reported a similar problem to the Rice collab list when using Rice 2.2 with Firefox and Chrome.
[2] For actions like Save or Submit on an un-submitted document, the UI will indicate that you need to fill in the required fields on "addLine" collection elements before proceeding. (This includes the "addLine" elements for the "Notes and Attachments" and "Ad Hoc Recipients" tabs.)

These problems are reproducible in Kuali test drive when using Firefox 17. Not sure about other Firefox versions.

I have not experienced these problems while using IE 9.

        Chad,

I was able to reproduce this issue on http://demo.rice.kuali.org/portal.do (which is running 2.2.1) using Firefox 17, but this is no longer an issue for the 2.2.2 or 2.3 test environments. I'm going to go ahead and resolve this issue as fixed, but if you see this in any other environment besides the 2.2.1 environments just let me know.

        Thanks,
        Shannon
