      Description

      The installation guides instructions on setting up rice to run in a cluster make a reference to 'http.url'. It doesn't seem like this variable is used anywhere in rice anymore. Seems like the instructions should be changed to use application.url or appserver.url. Not sure which.

          Fixed install guide instructions in 2.1. Neither application.url nor appserver.url should be used, instead the user is instructed to edit the url directly inside rice-config.xml where serviceServletUrl is referenced. See additional configurations section of the installation guide.

          [4/9/13 4:04:33 PM] Jeremy Hanson: application.url by default is built from appserver.url and some other config variables.
          [4/9/13 4:05:20 PM] Jeremy Hanson: application.url should (usually) be set to the load balancer url. and then override serviceServletUrl to be the cluster node url.
          [4/9/13 4:05:51 PM] Jeremy Hanson: by default serviceServletUrl is set to '$

          {application.url}

          /remoting'
