      Description

We may be able to avoid running scripts on non-visible content to improve performance, specifically content behind disclosure or details. We would have to add special handling for an open event when these thing open, so the scripts can run when they do open. We also need to still run validation scripts regardless if the content is hidden so maybe only do this on heavier scripts (specifically targeting createTable).
