            Description

            The fix for the client side performance issues with validate (KULRICE-9866) have helped on save, but when we do an add line the issue is still there (~60 seconds of client side JS before the server is called)

            Here is a profile of some of the calls. You can see get message count is taking up about 30 seconds.
