      Description

      We're trying to have the datatable filter option at the lookup result set. This would allow user to search for a specific word in the search results displayed.

            Yes, We're planning to use the filter option in lookup results. Looks like the method below getting null elementId.. I'm going to create a jira for this issue. Thanks
            function getAttributeId(elementId)

            { var id = elementId; id = elementId.replace(/_control\S*/, ""); return id; }

            Actually we don't officially support the filter option of datatables in KRAD. This requires some framework changes/testing, if KS would like to start using this option can you file a jira?
            Also can you post the content of that js line.

            Hi Venkat,
            The problem is likely coming from the merge on a nested property. Spring does not currently support this. So what you have to do is this:
            <property name="resultsGroup.layoutManager.richTable">
            <bean parent="Uif-RichTable">
            <property name="templateOptions">
            <map merge="true">
            <entry key="sDom" value="lftip"/>
            </map>
            </property>
            </bean>
            </property>
            We created an issue for Spring but not sure when they will add the support.
            thanks,
            Jerry
