 Description

KRAD and Rice middleware are already separate maven projects per the work done in KULRICE-4632. However, there are still dependencies. Some in the community would like to get the Development Framework on a more rapid release schedule than what is needed for the middleware changes. So this Roadmap item is designed to research the implications of such a change and outline work needed to make this happen.
