 Description

When the ReloadingDataDictionary is enabled, after making even a whitespace change to a CollectionGroup having readOnly=true and seeing the log messages indicated the component has been reloaded, the InputFields in the collection are no longer rendered as read only.

This limits the usefulness of the ReloadingDataDictionary when working with collections.

This was observed in the component library on the Collection Features -> Row Css page.
