I22: Automatic addition of KualiCodeBase display of codes to include a delimiter and the name after the code value.
1) Build a KRAD sample linked from the KRAD sample app / labs / inquiry page, and
2) identify a KNS example.
Add links to these in the corresponding row the Inquiry Gap Analysis wiki page (https://wiki.kuali.org/display/KULRICE/Gap+Analysis+-+Inquiry) to these examples.

Bumping to critical since this is one of the last items for inquiry. However, I think we may actually have a gap for this item. If so, it would be good to identify that quickly.

Jerry mentioned at the focus group that this should be implemented already using additionalFieldsToDisplay and some delimiter configuration (I might not be remembering the property name, but it's something like that).

Fix committed, links added to Gap Analysis inquiry
