 Description

There are a couple of styling problems with the travel authorization document, which are probably general to all documents.

First, the expand/collapse buttons are hidden by the document header information (see screenshot).

Second, when the quickfinder icon is with a select field, its height is greater than the second field (see screenshot)

We need to discuss how to update the KRAD demo to be using the most recent layouts, doc header designs, and bootstrap style layouts for forms instead of the table layout for forms, etc. This is the reason why the demo pages look buggy.

This (and other travel related demo issues) will be addressed via UXI-396.
