In 0.9.3, I marked all failing KIM tests as @Ignore. In 0.9.4 we should re-examine these and fix them.

Pay particular attention to AttributeTypeDaoTest where I added an ignore to the superclass (KIMDaoTestBase)

There was a total of about 42 tests that got marked @Ignore.

Also look at GroupServiceTest, it was inserting data using the SQLDataLoader which was causing issues with other tests which weren't expecting the data to be in the database.

GroupServiceTest should use DefaultTestData.sql. That will fix the interference
