 Description   

Checkbox Controls mapping to Kim Attributes are not translating the Y/N flags stored in the database correctly.
Due to this, when we attempt to edit a Person document, in the Membership section, all checkbox controls by default are appearing unchecked.

Also, when (yet to be persisted) form values are displayed, 'on' or 'off' strings are displayed.
