The page should not be visible until the initial Javascript is run against the page to avoid jarring effects of jQuery processing the page content. This might be accomplished by making the view display:none until jQuery processing is finished - but may result in issues with jQuery code that checks against display:none (may be no cases) or with the iFrame resize logic (this would have to be double checked/tested when implemented). It would also be great if the loading dialog could remain in place for the duration of the view load until the page is fully rendered.

This goes for both View and page content.

No more jarring effect, but no loading message for original view load (I believe this isn't necessary)
