 Description

Currently we're configuring timeToLiveSeconds on the defaultCache element but this doesn't affect the other cache entries. Also, the maxEntriesLocalHeap is very small on many of our caches.

This has been checked in. I also added a printout of the number of items in the cache to the cache administration screen.
